About the job
Sanofi Business Services (SBS), one of the 4 pillars of Sanofi’s Business Transformation organization, is setting up a new captive Business Services centre in Budapest to provide Finance & Accounting (Account-to-Report, Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash) as well as Employee oriented (Employee Experience) services.
With respect to Customer Invoicing to Cash (CI2C) the Business Services centre will be covering the following areas of the process:
• Credit Management
• Invoicing management
• Collections & Receivables management including Dispute Managament & Cash Application
• AR Monthly closing and Reporting
Key Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to:
Deliver credit management services to SBS
Assess new customer credit risk
Assess customer portfolio risk
Review customer credit data
Check credit availability and manage blocked sales orders
Contribute to periodic reviews and updates to credit policy and guidelines and credit management operational framework
Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
The Credit Analyst Trainee, Credit Management reports to Credit Management Lead and may be assigned a specific sub-process. He / She works closely with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade and the Ci2C team.
Main tasks will be:
- Credit reviews of various European Sanofi customers
- Ad-hoc help provided to the Credit Management Team
- Potentially handling of a portfolio of certain country or countries - including the order release process

About you
Requirements
Ongoing university studies (active student status) in the field of finance, accounting
English knowledge in advanced level
Advantage: another European language knowledge (Italian,Spanish,French,German)
Working hours: min. 30-40 hours/week with flexible scheduling
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel
Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
Team player, able to work collaboratively
Ability of working individually and with the team
Ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations
