What you can contribute?
一．组织和管理公司的后勤工作 Organize and manage the overall general service activities
To manage BoM or Non-BoM clean material of Department.
Manage site subcontractors in cleaning and gardening, ensuring the deliverables satisfying GMP requirements and company requirements.
Organize trainings related with internal and external inspection.
Execute cleaning, shuttle bus, catering, dormitory, landscape, pest control, logistic, office supply, etc. within budget.
二．确保厂房的环境卫生, 确保符合GMP要求Ensure the workshop and environment sanitation, in comply with the GMP requirement
Ensure the environment sanitation to be in accordance with GMP requirement and ready for all kinds of inspections.
Make sure to update relevant SOP and complete assessment to align with GMP requirement.
Reinforce SOP training for all operators and ensure all operators to meet the job competence.
Monitor, control and keep strict implementation of SOP by operators.
Supervise the pest control, analyze pest capturing event, and complete the related report of pest control management.
Reinforce the shop-floor monitoring, keep all cleaning team members’ practice in accordance with GMP requirement.
Complete self-inspection, CAPA, Deviation, CCR, etc. GMP activities on time.
三．文档管理 Archiving management
Ensure the validity of documents in compliance with GMP and related SOPs; Classify and put in place as required.
Implement the management policy of official seal and contract seal, etc. and archive and keep the contract.
四．跨部门合作 Cross function cooperation
Strengthen the team's support for the work of other departments and maintain a good team spirit with other departments.
Management of departmental fixed assets.
Act as departmental coordinator, HSE committee & Communication committee, etc. members.
Coordinate and manage the reception of internal and external visitors.
Coordinate the communication, culture promotion internally and externally, and protect the company image.
Organize the employee engagement activities, including but not limited to the annual meeting, workshop, townhall, Sports, birthday party, celebration, team building, people wellbeing, employee club, etc.
What you should have?
教育及工作经验 Education and Working Experience
学历、工作年限(对任职者要求) Specific degree, duration of experience (Required to hold the job):
College education (at least) with a minimum of 5 years work experiences.
关键技术能力以及其他软技能Key technical competencies and soft skills:
熟悉GMP对环境控制的要求。Be familiar with GMP requirements for environmental control. 熟悉并热爱行政管理工作 Familiar with and love the administration field of work. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力 Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 良好的分析、组织协调、解决问题的能力Good analytical, organizational, problem solving skills. 良好的团队合作精神。Good cross-functional cooperation spirit. 耐心、细心，并具有高度责任心。Patient, scrupulous and having a high sense of responsibility. 熟练操作Word、Excel、Power point等办公软件 Proficiency in operating office software, such as Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
