Data Analytics Center of Enablement Specialist

Are you passionate about driving data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of analytics excellence? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Data Analytics Specialist that wants to learn and deep into Dataiku and Sigma Computing to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Platform Governance: Develop and enforce governance policies, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance standards are met.

• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users, empowering them to effectively use the platform. Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues.

• Platform Service Optimization: Continuously assess and improve platform performance, scalability, and efficiency. Streamline processes to enhance SLAs.

• Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out solutions to new departments.

• Data Integration and Transformation: Work with data engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless data integration and transformation processes.

• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track platform usage, performance, and ROI.

• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices.

• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors for support and roadmap/new capability updates.

• Communication Management: Lead internal communities to foster knowledge sharing and be the face of CoE, sharing all updates (issues, enhancements, success stories, etc.).

Skills:

• Proven experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related role

• Proficiency experience in self-service analytics BI platforms (Dataiku and Sigma Computing or eagerness to learn)

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Knowledge of platform governance and best practices.

• Experience in curating, managing, and delivering training and onboarding resources.

• Ability to coordinate and lead large stakeholder workshops, communications, and drive Dataiku platform engagement through various tactics such as roadshows, internal conferences, technical challenges, hack-a-thons, etc.

Experience:

• Prior experience in leading/being a member of a CoE.

• Strong experience in data engineering and/or business intelligence areas.

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
