Global GenMed IBP Operations Analyst - All Genders

ABOUT THE JOB

Our team:

We are at the heart of the IBP Process in GenMed organization ensuring smooth orchestration of the monthly IBP process at GBU and Therapeutical Area level, that will allow to secure supply to the patients as well as support business growth.

We work End to End, ensuring cross-functional alignment connecting the GBU, Finance & M&S teams to build realistic 36 months plan, mitigating risks and doing the right trade-off to maximize overall performance.

The IBP team will ensure adherence to process standards at the same time that will drive continuous improvement within the GBU to reach best-in-class process.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The IBP Operations Analyst support the monthly execution of the IBP process at Global and TA level by:

  • Preparing material, though analyzing data, to support IBP Meetings as per GenMed IBP articulation model, throughout the entire IBP process (PMR, GDR, IR and MBR)
  • Engaging with TA heads and Product Leaders to gather the required information for scalation of topics
  • Connecting with the different stakeholders and participating in relevant meeting to ensure pre-meeting alignment and readiness
  • Tracking KPIs that supports the performance monitoring, including identifying top-offenders & drivers for off-target results
  • Performing data analysis that helps the data-driven decision process
  • Work for continuous improvement of the IBP process
  • Lead and roll out digital solutions for reporting and IBP operations (e.g., automation of reports)
  • Contributing to the IBP reporting process and also follow up of related actions
  • Contributing to full implementation of all instances of the process

The IBP will also play a role on the IBP continuous improvement journey by:

  • Tracking maturity of overall IBP process by executing the process adherence checklist
  • Collaborating with other GBU IBP teams to maintain process standardization across-GBUs, aligned with SMART Supply Chain
  • Engaging with SC Excellence & Analytics CoE in global initiatives to improve IBP Process

ABOUT YOU

Education/Experience:

  • Master Degree in Business Management/Engineering/Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Supply Chain/Commercial Operations/Demand Management/Finance

Major Skills and Competencies:

  • Solid knowledge of IBP process
  • Experience in data reporting tools such a Power BI, QlikSense
  • Strong experience in Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience in SAP/Kinaxis is a plus
  • Ability to conduct data-driven analysis and communicate findings
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work autonomous and in adaptable environment
  • Capacity to work transversally. Team-player
  • Fluent in English
