Main responsibilities:

  • Planning, organization, content preparation and follow-up of medical-scientific events, scientific congresses, symposia, Advisory Boards, Scientific Roundtables etc.

  • Coordination of transversal and cross-indication projects with a focus on regional and national medical education programs for HCPs

  • Integration of digital measures within medical projects and education activities (Medical Podcasts, Live Webcast etc.)

  • Engagement with Medical Stakeholder Groups

  • Conception and execution of country specific data generation projects (e.g. Southern Austrian RSV INpatient Investigation = ARNI)

  • Preparation, interpretation and communication of medical scientific data from clinical studies, publications, and sources from internet for internal and external customers or rather adaptation of relevant materials from EU/GA/Global for internal and external customers.Creation of PowerPoint presentations and training material for various products/pipeline substances and indication areas

  • Provide medical support to Marketing regarding generation of promotional material

  • Support of Medical Training of field force team

  • Validation of promotional material and administrating in PromoMats

  • Participation and reporting at national and international congresses

  • Continuous personal medical education

  • Scientific support of Regulatory & Quality Affairs and Pharmacovigilance in relation to vaccines

About you

Education and professional Experience:

  • Completed studies in human medicine, pharmacy, veterinary medicine or natural sciences

  • PhD is a plus

  • First professional experience in medical affairs or comparable role preferred in a multinational company

  • Immunology / Vaccinology expertise is a plus

  • Experience in independent scientific work;

  • Organizational skills and experience in project management

Soft skills:

  • Ethical, analytical, responsible and business-oriented thinking and acting

  • ​High willingness to learn and cooperate

  • Independent, proactive, structured and flexible way of working

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills: translate complex medical data in a clear & compact way

  • Strong social and negotiation skills as well as outstanding self-management

  • Ability to navigate in a matrix environment and to cooperate transversally

  • Openness and willingness to learn how to use new digital channels and tools

  • A positive personal attitude towards vaccinations and science in general, is necessary

Technical skills:

  • Solid Knowledge in using MS-Office tools

Languages:

  • Fluency in German & English
