Job responsibility

1. Support Rewards and Performance team on a daily basis in terms of translation, materials, documentations, and events.

2. Support to brainstorm the benefits communication internally and externally

3. Leverage some digital tool to optimize the ways of working or produce the communication videos

4. Other related support assigned by manager
