About the role :
Within the global Digital M&S (Manufacturing & Supply) organization the MSAT & Engineering team focuses on digitalization of our Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) and Engineering activities within the global Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply organization with operations spread across the globe. Among the team’s activities is the digital transformation of MSAT Development labs in order to create paperless operations, full connectivity of all equipment and instruments, advanced analytics on operations and outcomes of experiments in the lab.
The team is mainly located in France but works with users in MSAT labs and manufacturing plants across the globe.
As a Lab Analytics Booster Leader, you will have the opportunity to work on two assignments based in two separate locations: first year in Cambridge (USA) and the second year in Geel (Belgium).
Main responsibilities Lab Analytics Booster Leader :
Contribute within an agile team to design and build the iLab solution for lab digitalization in close collaboration with your users from Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT)
Become an expert user of the digital solution, understand the domain space of biopharma manufacturing processes & equipment and develop deep skills on equipment connectivity & data analytics in this space
Work with the users in the two plants (Boston & Geel) in order to ease adoption, train users, resolve potential issues and drive positive operational outcomes from digital
Collaborate with other digital teams in order to create solutions to potential issues (e.g. Cybersecurity, networking, equipment connectivity)
Support initiatives leveraging iLab solution to implement advanced analytics and simulations
Create & deliver together with other team members and users the transformation of ways of working leveraging new digital capabilities
Capture users’ feedback to decide with functional and technical product owners on the new functionalities for following releases of the digital solutions
About you:
Master’s degree from Computer Science, Engineering, Biologics or related fields
Familiarity with industrial communications protocols (e.g. OPC UA), IOT data or bioinformatics
Experience in working with Dataiku, Power BI, Tableau, GxP and Agile Software implementation is a plus
Problem-solver with ability to find creative ways to overcome roadblocks and keep the wheels running
Ability to work in cross-cultural environments
Ability to break down complex topics, without prior domain knowledge
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams consisting of a different mix of stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, manufacturing scientists, data scientists, IT specialists, and business analysts, through an adaptive communication style
Experience within development and manufacturing industries and ideally biopharma would be a plus
Fluent English is mandatory, French is a plus
