iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for: Consumer Healthcare Data & Analytics Project Lead - VIE Contract (W/M/D)

Target start date: 01/03/2024

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the project within Strategy and Projects teams and other stakeholders (project governance / routine meetings / report-out)
• Support the team in translating business needs in comprehensive analytics deliverables (functional specifications for dashboards and metrics)
• Document requirements and ensure appropriate training
• Prepare and coordinate with the team all the user acceptance tests
• Prepare a model for data governance within the team, to ensure a robust data management mindset
• Support organizational change management activities (ways of working within and external to the team, data steward role, basic knowledge in new systems - PowerBI)
• Support coordination of reporting following the different waves of delivery

Requirements:

• Degree ideally in IT digital, Engineering, Pharmaceutical or Project Management
• Analytical skills and the affinity for databases and digital tools
• Ability to understand and analyze existing processes in a complex environment
• Prior experience with BI tools (Qlik / Power BI)
• Proactivity, good planning, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented and team-results approach to work
• Read to cooperate in an international environment
• Effective Communication in a Culturally Diverse Workplace
• Excellent English language skills – both written and spoken
