iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for: Junior Customer Engagement Manager Vaccines BeLux - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/04/2024

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing by adaptation of the marketing materials according to strategic direction for North Europe (NE)
  • Contribute to the development - and facilitation of multichannel marketing -/communication elements and digital platform together with the marketing lead, key stakeholders/countries in line with overall NE and Europe strategy and priorities
  • Contribute to gaining and analyzing fact-based customer-/market insights and develop/facilitate vaccines support programs together with key stakeholders and countries
  • Digital projects including maintenance, promotion & developing new content for websites
  • Adapting local promotional material together with the Customer Engagement Manager, North Europe Marketing, medical and external agencies
  • Preparing convincing and appealing sales argumentation
  • Observe and analyze market trends to proactively capture opportunities and mitigate challenges
  • Engage in transversal teamwork and communication. Optimize cross-functional support in the organization and across the different countries in the region
  • Strictly follow Global, local and Policies & procedures as to ensure efficient and compliant local operations in line with local laws and Company Code of Ethics

Requirements:

  • Master Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or another relevant field
  • Experience in pharma or healthcare industry would be a plus
  • Ability to engage people and collaborate transversally
  • Organization skills – ability to multitask and organize both your time and the schedule of the project
  • Project management & transversal collaboration skills - work in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize work and apply efficient time management
  • A digital mindset, ability to utilize new channels in an effective and impactful way. Proficiency in Office applications.
  • Be a pro-active and dynamic team-player
  • Strong communication skills in French, preferable native French speaking and good communication in English would be a plus.
  • Self-starter able to organize own work schedule
