[JOB SUMMARY]

Perform Plant Supply Chain tasks for products supplied by CMO

1. Ensure stable supply and adherence to desired stock level (SLA) of both FG / SF at Sanofi and materials supplied to CMO and manage exceptions and issues

2. Optimize the COGs of EM products through supply chain planning

3. Work in compliance in terms of Internal Control, HSE and Quality guidelines and standards where applicable

Detailed jobs

1. FG procurement from CMO

*Material Requirement Planning (MRP/KINAXIS) for EM products

*Issue purchase orders and provide rolling forecast to CMOs/Suppliers in accordance to supply agreement / contracts

*Arrangement, adjustment and necessary control of FG transportation from CMOs to Sanofi DC/distributor DC or designated locations

*Manage payment of toll fee/ material to CMO

2. API/Bulk and material supply to CMO

*Issue purchase order and rolling forecast for materials supplied from internal/oversea suppliers/manufacturing site on monthly basis

*Control of packaging material changes minimizing destruction costs Adjustment/control of materials delivery to CMO

*Management custom clearance and inland delivery including payment (for imported API/Bulk)

*Manage payment of purchased material

3. Other tasks

*Provide support to Finance and Procurement Teams during Budget process

*Support Treasury in the management of cash-flow related to imported SF goods

*Provide support on signing / renewing contracts with CMO

*Organize MPS meeting to review EM SC topics

*Organize/ participate S&OP meeting and other SC related meeting to understand the business and discuss supply topics as needed

*Assure consistency between physical consignment stock at CMOs and stock data in ERP and make adjustment as needed in accordance to SOP

*Issue annual stock taking report to Finance

*Operations of ERP (MPS, MRP, PO creation, Goods receipt, etc)

*Master data maintenance (mainly product master, BOM in ERP)

*Support completing Scorecard and other required reports

*Provide stock, destruction projection for visibility on SC KPIs

4. Support projects as needed

*New product launches (supply from CMO)

*Manufacturing site transfers from or to CMO

*Related supply chain project

[KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS (Minimum requirements for assignment to this job.)]

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Japanese

* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to manage cross-functional stakeholders at different levels of the hierarchy

* Strong negotiation skills, analytical and problem solving skills

* Strong ability to manage a team

* Comfortable to work with autonomy

* Able to prioritize tasks in a context of constrained supply

* Good level knowledge of end-to-end SCM (APICS CPIM Part 1 as reference)

* Knowledge of SC tools (KINAXIS) and SAP

* Understands Financial impacts coming from Supply Chain topics

* GMP, GQP and GDP knowledge

* Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Experience of worldwide supply chain management for 5-10 years

1. / Ensure Internal Control Compliance/ Comply with related laws/regulations, global policy, SOP and contracts with CMO, Suppliers, Enable prompt response to audit

2. / Making/Updating MRP/ Reflect the newest information/situation/strategies to the MRP (at least monthly)

3. / Issuance of purchase order and provide rolling forecast to supplier/ Send the purchase order and rolling forecast for toll manufacturing, full purchase, material supply to CMOs, Suppliers according to the contract

4. / Delivery adjustment, control for FG and material / Negotiation with related parties to ensure planning adherence to comply with SLA and coordinate adjustments as needed

5. / Issuance of purchase order and provide rolling forecast to internal, oversea suppliers, manufacturing site / Send purchase order and rolling forecast for material supply to CMOs, Suppliers according to the contract (monthly)

6. / Checking consignment stock at CMOs and maintain/adjust stock data in SAP / Maintain consistency between physical stock at COM and stock data in ERP

7. / ERP Operation (MPS, MRP, PO creation, GR, etc) and master data maintenance/ Maintain correct master data in ERP with support from ITS, other function as needed

Overseas: Supplying sites and Distribution platforms, Global EM team

Domestic: Plant SC , Market SC+DCs, QA, Procurement, GBU, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and CMOs / Partners, and domestic material suppliers

S&OP Meeting, MPS Meeting, EM Japan Meeting, Obsolescence Committee, Project meetings (New product launch, Product transfer, etc.), Regular Meetings with CMO
