Job Purpose:
As the Sales Force Automation (SFA) Manager in Vietnam, your role is pivotal in providing cutting-edge SFA and real-time data analytics solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • 1. SFA Automation and Enhancement: You will leverage SFA solutions to automate business operations, enhance existing systems, and develop innovative SFA solutions. Collaborate with ITS and SFE teams for target setting, sales allocation, and territory alignment in a timely manner.
  • 2. SFA Data Custodian: Act as the custodian for SFA data and processes. Maintain, update, and manage master and transaction data in SFA systems. Ensure data security and set up help-desk solutions for effective SFA utilization.
  • 3. Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements and modifications to the SFA system to meet current and future business requirements through projects. Build SFA/Power BI systems to provide real-time reports.
  • 4. Sales Performance Dashboards: Develop clear daily and monthly sales tracking dashboards by channel and customer. Evolve these dashboards over time to monitor and update sales performance.
  • 5. Performance Data Management: Manage requests, day-to-day updates, and coordination of key data sets. Proactively monitor sales force performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Results/Accountabilities:

  • 1. Commercial Data Management: Develop and enforce SFA data management processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Manage sales data collection, cleansing, mapping, and loading.
  • 2. Master Data Governance: Act as the custodian for all master data and transaction databases. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with data management processes.
  • 3. SFA System Enhancement: Drive automation of sales incentives and propose innovative SFA solutions. Execute SFA initiatives and solutions through global projects.
  • 4. Reporting: Provide clear daily and monthly sales tracking dashboards. Monitor and update sales performance. Build real-time SFA/Power BI reports.
  • 5. Working Relationships: Collaborate with Performance Analytics Head, SFE Manager VN, CRM Executive, Business Intelligence Manager, and other cross-functional partners.

Skills, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, with an MBA being a plus.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in SFA system management, preferably in pharma, nutrition, FMCG, or consulting. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage outsourced software vendors and customize SFA systems/Datawarehouse.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL or Oracle database management, sales force automation tools, Microsoft Office, and Business Analytic Solutions like Power BI.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both local language and English.
