• Quản lý và liên tục cải tiến hệ thống chất lượng/ Monitor and improve Quality system through:

• Cập nhật các hướng dẫn về chất lượng của của tập đoàn, yêu cầu về qui chế và triển khai việc áp dụng/ Follow updating quality requirements from Global, Regulatory and implementing
• Thiết lập và báo cáo các chỉ số về chất lượng: báo cáo tháng, báo cáo quý / Build and report quality indicators through: Monthly report, Quality System Review

• Quản lý các tài liệu GxP/ Manage GxP documents:

• documents stored in Crown
• Theo dõi hoạt động liên quan quản lý logbook, bookmark bao gồm: đóng mở logbook/bookmark, review định kỳ/ Supervising logbook/ bookmark activities at site including: open/ close logbook/ bookmark, frequency review…

• Theo dõi KPI của team được phân công: CAPA từ thanh tra, theo dõi work của CC, điều tra sự cố…/ Monitor the assigned KPI of system team including: CAPA from inspection, perform and monitor work of CC, perform investigation for assigned issue…
• Thực hiện đơn giản hóa các quy trình theo chương trình phân tích gap/ Perform simplification procedure following gap assessment with global document
• Theo dõi việc thực hiện Thanh tra nội bộ/ Lead in Self-inspection at site
• Quản lý hệ thống nguy cơ tại nhà máy: theo dõi việc triển khai đánh giá nguy cơ, thực hiện các hành động để tăng mức độ trưởng thành quản lý nguy cơ/ Manage of risk management system at site: follow up the implementation of risk management activities, perform action plan to increase risk maturity at site

2. Dự án/ Projects

• Phụ trách các dự án từ tập đoàn liên quan đến việc nâng cao hệ thống chất lượng như: DIMM, QMI…/ Manage Global project related improving quality system including: DIMM, QMI…

• Đánh giá thực tế tại nhà máy, lên kế hoạch, kinh phí cho dự án/ Analyse current status at site, build plan, budget for projects
• Phối hợp các bộ phận để triển khai dự án và theo dõi tiến độ/ Co-operate with related departments do implement project and manage progress

• Đảm bảo báo cáo kịp thời và hiệu quả các quy trình, vấn đề về chất lượng đến cấp quản lý phù hợp/ Ensure that a timely and effective communication and escalation process exists to raise quality issues to the appropriate levels of management.
• Tuân thủ các qui định / chính sách HSE/ Compliance with HSE requirements
• Hỗ trợ các hoạt động khác tại bộ phận khi cần/ Support other activities at department when needed
