Our Team:

The Opella Healthcare Third Parties’ sales – Quality business partner lead is a member of the CHC Quality Risk Management & Compliance team within CHC Global Quality. Our team is the gatekeeper of patient safety/consumers satisfaction/service quality and of a robust product life cycle management.

  • By defining and driving the CHC Quality Strategy for proactive and reactive quality risk management and deploying a quality risk culture across the CHC entities/sites and Affiliates.

  • By ensuring products’ regulatory compliance according to the strategic orientations of Sanofi and CHC entity, following the principles of health-related worldwide regulations.

  • Acting as Quality business partners for Opella Healthcare entities, Portfolio management projects and Quality relationship with Third Parties.

  • By maintaining and continuously improving the compliance of our processes, plants and Affiliates to the Health Authorities requirements.

  • By Anticipating regulation development and evolutions

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead quality and regulatory topics for CHC Drug Products (DP) customers within the network of manufacturing sites.

  • manage daily questions/answers from external customers on quality and regulatory issues. Ensure that quality issues/complaints reported by the external customers are addressed by the manufacturing sites in a timely manner.

  • inform manufacturing sites of external customers' quality and regulatory expectations or concerns.

  • coordinate and standardize our responses to quality issues (quality agreements, QA questionnaires, standardized commitments, and declarations, etc.) in line with Sanofi / Opella standards.

  • manage all requests for audits of Sanofi sites from these clients. Contribute to these audits.

  • Lead the implementation of ways of working between DP customers and DP manufacturing sites regarding quality and regulatory processes (Quality agreements…)

  • Establish adequate KPIs for data analysis, trending and reporting. Management of the interfaces between External customers and CHC manufacturing sites.

  • Ensure close collaboration with other Opella functions (Supply chain…) to define best practices, solutions to respond to Drug Products customers’ demands.

  • Ensure close collaboration with Global Quality and Regulatory teams to define best practices, solutions to protect Opella Healthcare interests, innovation to define new concepts.

  • Support initiatives related to the implementation of new Quality / Business models.

  • Participate to Quality / Regulatory surveillance and then liaise with CHC entities as appropriate.

  • Participate to the Quality and Compliance initiatives of the Risk Management and Compliance department.

About you

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality functions with GMP/GDP/GxP activities with broad scope (drug products, medical devices, nutraceuticals). Experience of requirements to manage contractual relationship between Parties in a pharmaceutical environment.

  • Soft skills: Problem solving, Communication skills, Internal and external networking capability, Leadership and assertiveness skills, Decision making.

  • Technical skills: Excellent understanding of Quality systems and Quality risks. Sound experience in dealing with international external GMP partners. Project Management experience as team leader

  • Education: Pharmacist or advanced degree (e.g., Master, PhD or equivalent) in life sciences or related fields

  • Languages: English / French spoken and written compulsory.
