About Job:

Main responsibilities:

A. Operations Management

1. Support team to run MPS, MRP and help alignment with CMOs & vendors for timely deliveries

2. Attend & lead Monthly S&OP’s with market & suppliers to capture demand, supplies, identify & debottleneck risks

3. Engage with Procurement for material & logistics support to ensure on-time deliveries with cost control

4. Exercise Inventory control & ensure ISL as per global policies and internal SLAs with Market

5. To monitor and manage GST activities /eBUY PO /eWay Bills (All Transactional Activities) and guide the internal team on the same

B.Process standardization, Budget planning & control

1. Ensure tasks performed in line with SODs, uniformity of processes across multi-country operations with validated SOPs

2. Ensure Kinaxis adoption for daily planning & support troubleshooting where necessary

3. Collect forecasts, build assumptions for budget process and ensure adherence to Budget

4. Monitor the changes and impact of forecast in short term as well as long term horizon

5. Ensure on Physical stock audit & Fixed asset verification at CMO locations in co -ordination with Audit team & compliance of the same.

C.New launches & resource readiness

1. Manage Master data, flows, artworks, contracts setup with stakeholders for new SKU’s/products launch

2. Coordinate serialization readiness for Market go-live

3. Monitor changes in business landscape, plan Supply parameter changes minutely and support team in execution

D.Master data Management

1. Manage master data related activity for EM India

2. Regular check up on inactivation/flagging of LMID & GMID in SAP.

3. Master data creation and new GMID/LMID creation for FP & API portfolio for new flows

4. New Flow set up for import product with help of SAS pivot team.

5. Align correct master data in Kinaxis for proper planning.

6. Responsible for BOM approvals in Quality systems

F.Performance Analysis & Reporting

1. Support data collection on orders & delivery data across CMOs, analyze performance via dashboards for faster decision making

2. Conduct Monthly Supply Chain meeting for review

3. Prepare ad-hoc reports & provide data analysis as requested by management

4. CASPA provision for RM/PM/FG to be evaluated & analyzed, discuss on the same with N+1 & Finance controller before submitting to Finance monthly.

5. Regular check up on inactivation/flagging of LMID & GMID in SAP

G.Project Support activities

1. Support on Kinaxis related development/ enhancement for EM India.

2. Provide necessary supply chain support for ongoing Projects

3. Monitor services closely to find cost saving opportunities

H.Development of Subordinates

1.Identify key associates and their training / developmental needs, organize to provide requisite training and monitor their development to ensure that they are developed for taking up higher responsibilities

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in Supply chain & Master Data Management

• Qualification :

B.Pharma/M. Pharma/MSc./MBA/B.Tech

MS – Strategy & International Business

Postgraduate in Supply chain

• Technical skills:

Demand Planning, Vendor Management

SAP, Kinaxis

MS Project, Advanced Excel

Project Management PMP

• Other skills: Expertise of Digitalization tools , Knowledge on BI & AI

Languages: English , Hindi & Local language for effective communication
