Your Role:

  • The India P&C P role reports solid line to India P & C Director CHC
  • She/he is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all the P&C related project activities in scope of India COE
  • Staffing, Social Processes, P&C processes, including P&C Functional autonomy,
  • In close relationship with COE Project teams/ Global PMO and with the Regional and functions P&C members,
  • Including all CHC functions scope (GSFs,Industrial Affairs, Science, Growth) in close relationship with the corresponding Global People Business partners.
  • Acting as the P&C point of contact in India, provides operational P&C support and business partnership to designated functions/leaders across teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as a link between the Project team, AMEA & China Region P&C LT and the different P&C stakeholders
  • Share all the project guidelines and updates with AMEA & China countries/Zones and escalate their potential challenges or warning points
  • Coordinate the Staffing plan with respective stakeholders and project team members that will enable CHC to operate in autonomous way.
  • Follow up the India hiring plan for all roles to be located in India.
  • Implementing policies and processes in line with Sanofi & CHC P&C strategy
  • Implement Communication & Change management and ensure a timely and engaging communication takes place with all stakeholders
  • Acting as a P&C business partner for the CHC Team for respective functions in India and ensuring the delivery of P&C commitments as it evolve
  • Key Stakeholders and Interaction
  • COE Project teams (Local/Global)
  • CHC P&C network (Global & Regional/Local)
  • CHC GBS (Project) Team
  • Talent acquisition / RPO teams
  • Sanofi Group People & Culture team as relevant

About you

Experience:

  • Experience in program management in complex transformation project environment
  • Knowledge and experience as HR Generalist and HRBP, with the ability to understand and challenge HR operating model as well as ways of working
  • Consultative skills in change management, aptitude for process thinking and improvement, solution oriented &creative thinking
  • Strong in transversal collaboration with diverse and cross functional teams

Soft skills:

  • Someone who can positively influence team members within Sanofi Group and CHC
  • Able to communicate effectively within senior management levels
  • Headcount and personnel cost baselining
  • In depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day employee management
  • Fluency in English
