About the job

Main Job Purpose:

The brand lead in Sanofi CHC is responsible for the brand health and performance, overall business completion of the brand in charge in the local market

Support in designing and translating Brand Strategy into a National Brand Building Plan which provides brand value drivers and brand and customer priorities, rooted in local insight and to Plan to ensure flawless deployment of brand communication and activation in the market

Main responsiblities:

Strategic Planning: Be capable to support in preparation and execution of brand marketing plans

Brand activation: Be capable to independently lead cross brand projects, brand activations to reach MKT KPI (market share, brand search index, brand social listening)

Be capable to independently Owns and drives preparation and execution of full package to consumer/shopper for national promotions, launches, relaunches, activations

Consumer learning and Innovation:

Be capable to independently responsible and support for on-going market understanding at consumer and shopper level

Be capable to independently lead and support the innovation development and execution in the market

About you

Bachelor’s degree above 3-5 years

E2E brand management experience

Business management and brand development experience

Strong analysis skills and data driven and project management skill

Strong presentation and communication skills

Good command of English
