Location: Toronto, Ontario

Your job, as a Project Leader within Production Support, will be to work within the Quality Systems to support Manufacturing in the context of change control lead/ super user, CAPA owner, lead investigator.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support on compliance related activities.

  • Continuous improvement projects to close gaps within the required timeframe and ensure uninterrupted production activities.

  • Support Lead Investigators in establishing change controls and /or CAPAs approved for execution.

  • Update, review and approve GMP documents such as SOPs, SWIs, protocols, reports.

  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, as required.

About you

  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint are required) Also, SAP, Veeva/Qualipso, Indysoft, etc is a nice to have.

  • Effective communication skills - both written and verbal along with problem resolution.

  • Previous pharmaceutical and/or laboratory experience is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences required.

  • 5 years of practical job experience.
