Rare Disease Business Analyst - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As a Business Analyst within Sanofi Specialty Care Rare Disease,you are joining the team managing Sanofi Taiwan top growth driver, and supporting the business by getting indepth insights of Pharmaceuticals companies’ operations, providing analyses and recommendations from a wide range of data on sales performance, marketing projects as well as market trends.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work on a daily basis with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Business Support, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain and Patient support departments and get 360 views on commercial operations.
  • Support Business Unit Director in preparing dashboards for regular meetings with senior leadership covering business performance analysis, sales forecasting, marketing execution & sales force excellence KPI tracking.
  • Work with Sales Managers in designing performance management dashboards and prepare sales reports for regular business reviews.
  • Work Marketing teams in designing brand performance tracking, forecasting models and other project-based analyses.
  • Work with Business Support, Omnichannel and Marketing teams to track, assess and improve execution effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Finance business partners by facilitating consolidation of sales forecasts and marketing spending plans to prepare annual budget.
  • Work with Supply Chain business partners by facilitating consolidation of volume forecasts on regular basis.
  • Support BU teams for special projects on ad-hoc basis: Sales Force expansion or restructuring, Marketing project design or execution, New product launch business case modeling etc.
  • Attend Business Unit management meetings, Marketing brand team meetings, Sales review meetings, Monthly finance and supply chain meetings.

About you

Experience:

  • 2 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Finance, Controlling, Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint is a must – Experience in Excel Modeling, PowerBI, VBA is a plus.
  • Academic and /or professional exposure to healthcare and lifescience field is a plus.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Strong excel proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Learning agility & Curiosity.
  • Autonomy & Problem solving.
  • Strong Team player.

Education:

  • Master’s in business, finance, marketing area.

Languages:

  • Excellent oral and written English proficiency.
  • Fluent oral and written Chinese Mandarin are must.
