KEY TASKS/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs the calls on assigned customers at specific frequency and ensure achievement of sales volume. Builds and maintains a robust customer database, develops a strong relationship and network with allocated customers and KOLs
Identifies business opportunities and develops associated initiatives
Implements strategic sales plan or promotion program
Works closely with product manager to execute launch & marketing activities to support the growth of business
Provides input on sales forecast and competitive intelligence. Proposes corresponding action plans. Ensures adherence of industry and company’s Code of Ethics.
About You
Degree in Science, or related discipline
At least 3 years sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Experience in hematology will be an added advantage
A self-starter and has the ability to work independently
Ability to work through ambiguities and adjust strategies and plans appropriately
KOL managements skills
Creativity and result oriented
Customer and patients focus
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
