The Capital Markets Analyst will report to the Head of Capital Markets, the team belongs to the Financial Risks & Markets (FRM) department, that within Financing, Treasury & Insurance manages Sanofi’s exposures to market risks, mainly liquidity, interest rate, foreign exchange, equity & counterparty risks.

Main responsibilities:

• Debt programs follow-up

• Dilution follow-up

• Scenarios analysis (impact on credit ratings, funding capacity/cost)

• Support to M&A on IPO/Spin-off operations

• Support to Business Development teams for acquisitions or disposal of listed securities

• Consolidation & analysis of the annual Bank Relationship Survey

• Daily liquidity management (investment in/issuance of money market instruments)

• Market risks support (FX, IR, credit, inflation, commodities, equity)

About you

• Two-to-three-year experience in financial markets in an investment bank or a large listed corporate (DCM/ECM)

• Leading Business/Engineering School or master’s in finance, specialization in financial markets

• Experience in Bank Loans & Facilities

• Experience in Debt Capital Markets

• Understanding of Equity Capital Markets dynamics & key operations

• Appetence for negotiation and ability to implement it autonomously on limited stakes

• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, oral and written

• Capacity to develop anticipation & proactivity

• Fluency in French and English mandatory, including on financial markets technical language
