Join our Legal, Ethics and Business Integrity (LEBI) team as Trademark Operation Assistant and you can help make it happen. Our mission is to protect the interests of the company’s business, patients and customers, shareholders, and employees while achieving Sanofi’s Play to Win roadmap and contributing to its long-term ambition to transform the practice of medicine. The team is composed of lawyers, patent attorneys, compliance officers and security professionals covering Sanofi’s operations around the world. Your job? You will be responsible for the maintenance of SANOFI trademark portfolio and trademarks administrative services for the whole team.

Main responsibilities:

• Review and prepare Trademarks portfolio
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and security of our data
• Monitor and maintain records of all Data in our Trademark Database
• Coordinate communication between Lawyers within our department and external provider/law Firm to take necessary action for the renewal of Sanofi worldwide portfolio
• Ensure internal and external coordination and communication
• Administrative preparation for the maintenance of trademark rights
• Creation of references into the invoice management tool

About you

• Experience: 1-4 years of experience in managing trademark portfolios in support of trademark attorneys
• Technical skills: Knowledge of trademark procedures and trademark management software, full proficiency in MS office applications (including EXCEL)
• Soft skills: Adaptable, open to new ways of working and finding unique solutions to preserve security of our trademarks data, ability to manage priorities and deadlines, ability to work effectively independently and as a team player
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, or relevant studies
• Languages: Fluency in English
