As an Agile Procurement Associate within our Procurement Agile Teams, you’ll be responsible for supporting Agile project execution, develop strategies, take ownership of negotiation fact pack development on different projects on various fields (Marketing, R&D, Professional Services) collaborating actively with French and US teams, stakeholders internally and even externally.

Main responsibilities:

• Work flexibly across a portfolio of projects as needed with Agile Transformation Squad leads.
• Support project execution.
• Take ownership of high-level negotiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm solutions, develop strategies, and execute project plans to meet objectives.
• Provide guidance and coaching to teams on negotiation excellence and best practices, agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to support agile ways of working.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops (including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement).
• Support the establishment of agile governance structures, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.

About you

Experience:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a procurement role.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, with experience implementing agile practices in complex organizational environments.

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in agile teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and deliver results within project timelines.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural, global organization.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or above.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred.
• Certification in negotiation (e.g., Certified Professional Negotiator) or procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred.

Languages:

• Fluency in English is a must.
