Support the Trade Marketing and Category Management Lead in the execution of commercial and brand strategies, with a focus on enhancing the sell-in to sell-out transformation within the Consumer Healthcare France business unit. The Consumer Healthcare France portfolio includes the iconic brands like Doliprane, Phytoxil, Lysopaine, Novant, Dulcolux and more. Your role is critical in implementing the future proof category vision through merchandising (activation + permanent), optimal shopper centric assortment customised for the channel and priority customers, and the perfect store strategy.

Main responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities in priority categories, select key growth levers, and assist in defining the vision for internal and external implementation.

  • Contribute to the development of a 3-year Category/Shopper Action Plan (4P Marketing Mix) to drive brand growth within priority categories.

  • Support the creation and delivery of an integrated shopper and consumer experience in stores (e.g. POS, secondary displays), enhancing priority brands’ visibility and overall appeal.

  • Assist in defining priorities, objectives, required resources, and implementation stages for in-store strategic initiatives.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, science, and finance teams to ensure excellence in execution, adherence to deadlines, and ROI optimisation.

  • Aid in transforming growth plans for priority customers in alignment with commercial policies and Revenue Growth Management principles.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects such as Masterplan, category reviews and others.

  • Assist the Trade and Category Management Lead and other Shopper Team members in managing and adhering to the annual budget levels.

  • Promote a shopper-centric culture within the Consumer Healthcare France organisation with the support of the wider marketing team.

About you

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in category management preferably in FMCG or pharma

  • Good understanding of the French pharma retail and shopper environment

  • Master’s degree required

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

  • Creativity and the ability to think differently to develop innovative solutions

  • Consumer/Shopper-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in both French and English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative mindset

  • Ability to work as part of a team, providing support and contributing to collective goals

  • Rigorous and organised, with the capability to manage expectations and constraints effectively

  • Strong drive and initiative, with the ability to work independently and proactively
