Our Team:

Finance Business Partner (FBP) – A team qualified and experienced professionals mandated to work with business teams as enabler / partner in achieving organisational goals. Team works with business and other related stakeholders for all finance related aspects (decision making, evaluation and analysis, forecasting and variance analysis with actuals) and provide a consistent and credible information flow to local and global management.

Key responsibilities - Plan and drive the annual budgeting process, continuously monitor / analyse actuals against budgets and take actions for course corrections to meet Budget

Provide meaningful insights and analysis to the senior leadership team to enable timely and appropriate decision making. Also highlight opportunities for Gross Margin, BOI improvement and better resource allocation to deliver desired financial targets.

Main responsibilities:

(A)- Responsible for the India Diabetes & transplant business P&L:

Responsible for ensuring that the business objectives are delivered in terms of Sales & BOI. This is to be achieved by adjusting Opex as needed depending on business performance, continuous review of business structures to drive efficiencies, continuous focus on gross margin initiatives through price, Gross to Net Management and COGS initiatives.

Lead the IBP process of business from finance perspective along-with Supply Chain; IBP is the most important initiative to achieve end to end synergies/connect in budgeting, forecasting, production planning and market supply chain

New Product Introductions/Line Extensions, review Business Cases & support in approval process

Responsible for Internal Controls applicable to the job

Leads and supervises initiatives from finance standpoint like Named Patient programs, pilots tracking on new GTM models etc

(B)- Full GENMED IN+LK view:

Act as a single point of contact for total GENMED business (including Speciality Care business) in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka to local as well as regional & global stakeholders. Responsible for all Landing and Latest Estimates and forecasts designed to communicate key Sanofi results to external stakeholders

Lead the automation initiatives / net tools implementation from country finance perspective covering full Genmed IN+LK scope including Corporate functions

(C)- Listed Entity Governance Support/Analysis:

Work with the CFO on stakeholder engagement i.e Investor/Analyst Calls/Meetings; Preparation for General Assembly, Board Presentations on Strategy and Key Business Topics

About you

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience, knowledge of industry and business
  • Soft skills: Influencing, Problem Solving, People and Stakeholder Management, change management, problem solving, collaborative and consensus making approach
  • Technical skills: Decision making, Business/Market intelligence, Financial modelling, Analytics, MIS, Microsoft office, SAP, BOOST etc
  • Education: Professional degree / Master’s degree
  • Languages: Fluency in English
