As a Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire service delivery process to ensure clients receive top-tier support. You will work closely with a dedicated team to implement and enhance service management strategies, optimize processes, and address any emerging issues. Join our Service Management Team as Service Management Specialist and you’ll oversee and optimize service delivery, collaborate with teams, manage incidents, and ensure client satisfaction

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full service lifecycle, from design to ongoing service operation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and document service level agreements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Monitor service performance, addressing any deviations promptly and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead incident and problem management activities, coordinating efforts to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify root causes of incidents and work proactively to implement preventative measures.
  • Participate in change management processes, assessing and coordinating the implementation of proposed changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to service processes and improvements.

About you

  • Proven experience in service management, including frameworks, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for data storage, processing, and computing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Worked with stakeholders spread across the globe, in different time zones
  • Managed service/support teams spread across different locations to support various stakeholders
  • Experience supporting GxP Environment is a plus
  • Programming skills in Python, SQL, and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas) is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in service management, including frameworks, processes, and best practices.
  • Soft and technical skills: Cloud platforms, particularly AWS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Languages: English
