As CHC Finance Business Partner within our finance team, you’ll be a financial partner for the Global Brands Finance Lead in all BA&C activity and strategic liaison between global teams, zones (finance and business) and BA&C team (regional / global)

Main responsibilities:

Be a Business Partner for Business Teams

• Point of contact for BA&C related activities for global brands
• Business partner support to the growth hub department (structure/opex) spending, including PO management and approvals.
• Provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making
• Perform primary review of the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial reports and associated analyses
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Prepare and review presentations for the Senior Management Team (local and Global CHC) to highlight financial trends and summarize business plans.
• Support and lead special projects and ad hoc analyses

Lead Closing Activities

• Specific reporting for Global Brands and Central Growth Hub activities
• Consolidation, analysis and synthesis of the monthly closing
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

Other Financial Activities

• Preparing budget presentations, financial presentations
• Support for innovation follow up and business cases, as well as innovation project cost associated to Global Brands

Key Working Relationships

• GH Leadership team and head of functions
• Finance team : Finance Business Partners, Finance Operation Head Controlling, Industrial, finance expertise (tax, treasury…)
• Global Brand teams (GM, Zone Brand Leads, CXA, etc.)

About you

• Experience: 5+ years of work experience preferably in Corporate Finance or Accounting environment.
• Soft and technical skills:
  • High level of financial information systems knowledge: preferably JDE, SAP, TM1 and HFM
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking and process impact understanding
  • Rigorous, Assertive
  • Ability to influence in a context of high resistance to change
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex processes
  • Effective collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders, and partners across the organization
  • High level of Interpersonal/ communication skills with an ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization
  • Transversal mindset and ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures, business maturity levels
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or in Finance is required
• Languages: Advanced English (must)
