About the job

Our Team:

MSLs are the extension of the medical function in the field. They build and develop enduring ‘win-win' relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to disseminate scientific information and generate insights. MSLs provide field or hybrid medical support that is aligned and integrated to the overall medical strategy within the BU.

Key deliverables:

• HCP/KOL engagement plans
• Customer engagement reports (entries in CRM)
• Insights collection, analysis, and report

Interdependencies:

• Office-based medical (medical advisor), RWE, HEVA, Pharmacovigilance, CSU, MedInfo (GMI)
• Commercial operations, Market Access, Public Affairs
• External customers (Scientific External Experts, patient organizations, medical societies, Health Authorities, etc.)

Main responsibilities:

• Engages proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals and institutions
• Engages external stakeholders on medical and scientific information exchange for the therapeutic area during one-to-one interactions and group settings
• Organises and engages KOLs & HCPs during local group scientific meetings (hospital staff meetings, webinars, etc) according to the Stakeholder Engagement plan, aligned with Country Medical plan
• Develops and maintains trusted partnerships, through scientific engagement and exchange, with healthcare professionals and institutions in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment
• Communicates the clinical value of the TA products to population-health/formulary decision makers (outcomes Liaisons, as applicable)
• Provides high-quality, accurate, balanced and directed information to key customers and stakeholders in response to unsolicited requests for information, supports investigators in IIR submissions, management of local advisory boards
• Develops and executes the individual stakeholder engagement plans, aligned with the Medical Plan
• Generates high-value, actionable insights and proposes solutions
• Collaborates effectively with relevant internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with company, industry, legal and regulatory requirements
• Contributes to evidence-generation activities, supporting both internal evidence-generation projects and IISs

About you

Education:

• Estudios: Médico con estudios de postgrado

Experience:

• Experiencia Previa: Experiencia en visita médica o cargo similar (deseable), o de ejercicio profesional en el caso de ser médico
• Experiencia en Estudios Clínicos (GCP y ICH) (deseable)
• Experiencia en el área de Enfermedades Raras (deseable)
• Experiencia en la identificación y evaluación de la literatura.
• Experiencia directa significativa en el servicio al cliente necesaria para obtener, procesar y discutir información compleja

Languages:

• Intermediate level in spoken and written business English (required)

Technical skills:

• Impactful scientific exchange
• Disease/TA knowledge
• Use of CRM tools
• Effective in using multiple channels and formats for scientific engagements to maximize stakeholders' satisfaction and impact

Soft skills:

• Habilidades interpersonales, incluyendo la capacidad para participar en la construcción de relaciones profesionales y la creación de redes
• Capacidad de autogestión
