Main responsibilities

Our new team member will be responsible for delivering credit management support services for the GBS Ci2C Credit Management Team.

Collection management support services

• Support the team with regular reporting activities
• Perform data validation activities within the Credit Management tools
• Perform portfolio maintenance activities within the Credit Management tools
• Complete ad hoc admin tasks for the Credit Management Team and Team Leader

Continuous improvement

• Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities

About you

Skills:

• Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with Ci2C front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
• Attentive to customer needs and feedback
• Strong deductive and analytical skills

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus

Education:

• Ongoing university studies (active student status for min 1 year)

Languages:

• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is desirable

Availability:

• Min 25-30 hours/week
