iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Junior Global Public Affairs Coordinator VIE in our Global Public Affairs team you will support primarily the Head of Global Trade Policy on key initiatives and projects, with a focus on 3 areas: International trade policies focusing on US-EU-China, Engagement with foreign governmental delegations in France, and Corporate Public Affairs (CPA) Functional Excellence.

Main responsibilities:
- Map, consolidate, and update key trade policies (relevant for Sanofi) focusing on the US, China, EU in close coordination with Corporate Public Affairs (CPA) Policy/EU team, but also include international regions.
- Analyze implication on Sanofi business (systemic policy issues and/or 12 key products); identify relevant key external stakeholder groups/opinion leaders for Sanofi.
- Support briefing note development for Sanofi Board/CEO/ExCom.
- Disseminate Trade Associations’ materials to relevant regional/country Public Affairs (PA) teams, and vice versa coordinate/collect relevant info from country teams to support Trade Associations’ advocacy.
- Prepare and organize Sanofi engagement to host foreign delegation in Paris (LMS, Vitry, and other sites), including Sanofi host team, slide set, briefing note.
- Work with Communications team to support communication (eg LinkedIn Post) when appropriate. Develop and update dashboard for delegation visits and follow up with local teams on potential outcomes.
- Establish a global best-in-class standard for building Sanofi HQ relations with foreign government delegations, including process, briefing materials, slide sets, Sanofi speaker pool, etc.
- Manage CPA’s annual master calendar of key events, incorporating Board/CEO/ExCom events.
- Manage/enhance CPA SharePoint, Weeks-Ahead. Support meetings’ preparation agenda planning, and organization.
About you
Experience:
- Prior experience working in a pharmaceutical company, government or in a corporate environment focused on health, preferably working in the areas of public health and/or policy will be an asset.
- Prior experience in project management will be an asset.

- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- High energy, driven, results oriented and good time management.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize and work under set deadlines.
- Ability to blend in the team, work autonomously and to function efficiently in a multi-tasking work environment.
- Proactive and solutions focused across projects.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Public Health and/or Business Administration or in related fields (Political science, Law or MBA).
Languages:
- Fluent in English and French.
