About the job

Our Team:

The Manufacturing Team Member is critical to the delivery and success of Fill Finish operations within Sanofi Waterford. In this role you will be an integral part of a highly engaged and functional operational team who are aligned with site business objectives.

Please note this is a 23-month fixed term opportunity. This position is a on a 24/7 rotation which consists of 2 Days on (7am – 7pm), 2 nights on (7pm – 7am) and 4 Days Off.

With your talent and ambition, we can do even more to protect people from infectious diseases and bring hope to patients and their families. Your job, as Manufacturing Operations Team Leader will be to:

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure our products are manufactured with quality and safety guidelines
  • Operate equipment as part of the production lines to achieve the required level of output
  • Maintain and support scheduled adherence to production and OEE
  • Complete as relevant SOP’s and training
  • Adherence to aseptic practices and procedures
  • Adhere to all relevant dress code requirements with respect to cGMP’s and PPE rules

About you

  • Previous experience working in a sterile manufacturing environment is desirable
  • Experience of working in a cGMP manufacturing environment
  • Competent in the operation, cleaning, maintenance of manufacturing equipment
  • MES/SCADA and SAP experience
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated good understanding of mechanical operations
  • Technical writing skills
  • Good knowledge of cGMP
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
