As the Global Brand Lead of Initiv, you will be responsible for building the newest brand for Opella into a global powerhouse. You will develop the long-term growth strategy, including the innovation roadmap and geographic expansion plan and establish the global launch playbook, working with the markets to localize the global plans. Main responsibilities:

  • Defines brand equity, brand positioning and LT plan, leveraging inputs on consumer & shopper insights, demand analysis, competitive intel., content strategy
  • Develop the long-term brand growth strategy, including the innovation roadmap and geographic expansion plan and establish the global launch playbook.
  • Defines the global brand campaign strategy (timing, positioning, budget), content creation, E2E experience planning including strategic partner management and cross functional alignment and tactical plans
  • Focal point of contact responsible for A&P allocation and follow-up of the brand global budget.
  • Measure the brand performance and the success of the communication mix in key countries, owning actions both directly and indirectly to ensure effectiveness and achieve the brand vision.

About you

  • Graduate degree in a marketing or business discipline, with an MBA as an additional bonus.
  • Significant senior level marketing, brand strategy experience or similar role in OTC or FMCG.
  • Extensive experience in, and strong track record of, strategic and operational marketing including insight generation and activation at a global scale.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to persuade and influence.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strategic thinker and excellent presentation skills, combining creativity with compelling storytelling.
  • Team spirit and ability to be flexible.
