Our Team:

Operating at the nexus where strategy, business process and plan execution meet, the Specialty Care Global Integrated Business Process (IBP) Organization leverages business intelligence, analytics and business process to support, build & sustain continued growth; partnering with markets, organizational functions and the Specialty Care GBU leadership team in our collective mission to develop & deliver transformative therapies for patients..

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for global demand management for assigned brand/asset(s); including global/product family-level scenario generation & demand plan management for tactical (1-3 years) & strategic (4-10 years) planning horizons

  • Specialty Care Supply key point of contact with global brand leadership on demand forecast-related assumptions,

  • Develop mid & long-term strategic plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Business, Franchises, Finance), identify growth opportunities and ensuring GBU supply chain demand processes are aligned with Business strategic priorities.

  • Create foundational elements for long-term demand assessment; includes active involvement in the GBU Strategic Planning process to ensure GBU strategy & assumptions are embedded into the plan

  • Partner with Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) on global demand process continuous improvement programs to ensure consistent approach & methodology across GBU IBP teams

About you

  • Experience: 10+ Years Proven experience in demand planning, strategic planning, and supply chain management in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain/Business Management/Engineering/Finance or Equivalent

  • Soft skills:

    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term plans that align with business objectives.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    • Excellent written & verbal communication and relationship management skills; clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

    • Experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools and methodologies.

    • Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

    • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.

    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and evolving market conditions.

  • Technical skills:

    • Experience in data reporting tools such a Power BI.

    • Strong experience in excel, powerpoint

    • Experience in SAP/Kinaxis is a plus.

  • Languages:

    • Fluent in English
