1. Maintenance维护

• Responsible for the maintenance/improvement of pharmaceutical equipment on site, including AW 、 autoclave ，Beckman Centifuge and other process equipment.

负责现场制药设备的维护/改进，包括AW、灭菌柜、Beckman 离心机等工艺设备。

• Response for the software program (such as PLC and HMI) of equipment and DI of computerized equipment.

负责设备软件程序（如PLC和HMI）和计算机化设备的DI。

• Propose spare parts for responsible equipment and control the cost within budget.负责的设备备件清查及申请，并在预算范围内控制成本。
• Provide technical support for equipment maintenance, maintenance management, technical improvement proposal, CAPEX project, enhance the overall team capability.

2. Quality requirement 质量要求

• Coordinate with E&M department, production department, quality department, vendors, etc., for cooperation to achieve the positive quality goal.

与E&M部门、生产部门、质量部门、供应商等协调，积极合作实现质量目标。

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, including the technic protocol, installation, operation and qualification.

确保符合cGMP，包括工艺协议、安装、操作和认证。

• Draft or review SOPs, project & validation protocol.

起草或审查SOP，项目和验证协议。

• Apply incident, CAPA and change control processes.

处理事件、CAPA 和变更控制流程。

3. Energy saving General 综合节能

• Support the development of energy-saving projects and give positive feedback.

支持节能并给予积极反馈。

• Participate in and implement energy-saving projects

参与和执行节能。

4. Project follow up 项目跟进

• Participate in the new machine installation commissioning and validation.

参与新设备安装调试和验证

• Response for raising the related document、machine trouble analysis、annual review and make up treating method under the department supervisor coordination.

在部门主管的协调下，提出相关文件、机器故障分析、年度审查和处理方法。

• Participate the contractor maintenance activity, monitor the process and schedule to ensure the maintenance quality.

参与承包商维修活动，监控维修过程和进度，确保维修质量

5. Others 其他

• Follow up the execution and continuous improvement of plant equipment.

跟进工厂设备的执行和持续改进。

• Comply with HSE and ensure HSE compliance.

遵守 HSE 并确保 HSE 合规性。

• Support the Supervisor’s work requirement or special arrangement.

支持主管的工作要求或特殊安排。

About you 任职资格:

• Experience: Above More than three years of work experiencein mechanical and electrical maintenance of relevant equipment, especially pharmaceutical equipment maintenance is preferred

工作经验:三年以上相关的设备机械电气维护经验，有制药设备维修经验者优先考虑。

• Soft skill: Familiar with office software such as office, CAD, PLC, etc.

通用技能: 熟悉使用office、CAD、PLC等办公软件。

• Technical skill/专业技能:

General knowledge of mechanical and electrical works, safety rules and wiring diagram/machine drawing reading.

具有机电工程常识、熟悉电气接线图/机械图。

Good at using Siemens PLC and HMI, can do the program and commissioning.

善于使用西门子PLC和HMI，程序和调试。

Familiar with GMP related knowledge.

熟悉GMP相关知识。

• Education/教育背景:

Major: industry electric and automation, mechanical and electric, and other related majors， bachelor or above. Work experience of pharmaceutical equipment will be considered preferentially.

专业：工业电气、自动化、机械与电气等相关专业，本科及以上学历。有制药设备维修工作经验者优先考虑。

• Languages/语言要求: English CET-4，English reading and writing skills, basic oral communication

英语四级，英语读写能力，口语进行基本交流。
