The purpose of this role is design and implementation of the marketing & medical strategy for the CHC portfolio in order to achieve profitable growth. The result of the actions is an increase in sales and market share in the online channel and better brand exposure in online pharmacies. The eCommerce presence strategy is created as part of a brand marketing strategy approved by the superiors.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Close cooperation with omnichannel KAMs, digital, marketing and other departments
  • Supervising the activities of Pharmaceutical Representatives and KAMs in activities with online pharmacies
  • Leading and supporting omnichannel transformation in CZ/SK
  • Preparation, implementation and evaluation of promotional plans in online pharmacies
  • Co-preparation, implementation and evaluation of brand campaigns in eCommerce channel, including: on-site, off-site and E2E campaigns.
  • Support for Key Account Managers and Pharmaceutical Representatives in building relationships with existing and new retailers
  • Responsibility for maintaining the agreed level of GtN expenses and positive P&L of clients, and optimization of marketing activities in order to maximize their effectiveness
  • Implementation of the strategy in line with the goals set for CZ/SK at the local and global level in the area of sales results and Market Share of brands in the online channel
  • Preparation of content materials for online pharmacies in order to increase the attractiveness of product cards and coordinating cooperation with agencies
  • Preparation of market analysis as part of ongoing e-marketing projects
  • Tracking the activities of the competition and market trends
  • Representing Sanofi CHC in collaboration with global structures to report local performance and transplant best practices from other markets
  • Representing Sanofi CHC in collaboration with omnichannel pharmacies, pure players and marketplaces.
  • Conducting trainings for the sales team to increase competences in the area of online sales
  • Conducting training for the marketing team in order to increase competences in the field of preparing materials and strategies for online activities

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience of sales, ideally in e-commerce and track record of growing and developing those channels
  • Experience in pharma industry will be an asset
  • Knowledge of e-commerce / digital
  • Commercial mindset, focusing on short and long-term results
  • Project management skills
  • Self-driven, highly motivated
  • Experience in driving strong customer partnerships
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, creativity
  • Presentation and organization skills
  • Fluent English and Czech
  • Looking in the future and searching for new solutions
