Job Description:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, and collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce projects that drive business value and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce projects
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Create detailed functional specifications and user stories
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements
Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure proper solution design
Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and other documentation
Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Salesforce capabilities
Support user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users
Monitor project progress and communicate status to stakeholders
Assist in change management and user adoption strategies

Required Qualifications and Background:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and B2B Commerce
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools
Understanding of data modeling and database concepts
Experience in requirements gathering and documentation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements
Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, and mockups
Stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
