The North America Executive Travel Manager is the single point of contact supporting the Travel logistics for Sanofi’s Executive visitors within North America locations and is within the scope of the Workplace Experience Team. This role will be responsible for delivering an elevated level of service for our senior leadership while enhancing the workplace journey aligned with our hospitality mindset whether on or off site.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Executive Travel management support in coordination with preferred agency.

  • Develop a continuous improvement approach to ensure the satisfaction of residents and visitors

  • Knowledge expert for corporate aviation initiatives

  • Management of the end-to-end process inclusive of booking to reconciliation including coordination of ground transfers associated with Jet transportation

  • Coordinate multi-location touchpoint meetings with Executive Admins to deliver key updates or messages

  • Liaise with Security on CEO/Executive visits within NA and manage all NA travel logistics

  • Coordinate Executive Travel with Global and North American Executive Assistants for NA visits

  • Single point of contact for all Executive visitors to NA sites with coordination to multiple stakeholders (Sanofi Drivers, Digital, A/V support, Security, and Workplace Experience teams) relative to their needs during their stay

  • Establish and align policies and procedures and drive implementation with stakeholders

  • Monitor flight activity and changes to itineraries that may occur after normal business hours

  • Work with hotels to request upgraded services for ExCom visits and to align on additional services if required

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of experience in Aviation/Travel

  • Highly proficient in use of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills and professional demeanor, particlarly in dealing with the Executive community,

  • Must be a flexible, self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative and confidentiality

  • Passion for the hospitality industry with a natural flare for client focus and quality of experience at all levels

  • Knowledge of digital solutions applied to the field of services and hospitality environment
