As the Customer Engagement Manager within our Specialty Care team, you’ll be responsible for the execution of the HCP customer Go-To-Market strategy and patient experience initiatives in order to achieve sales and profit targets.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of omnichannel campaigns

  • Develop and adapt HCP and patient content across channels

  • Liaise and engage with internal stakeholders in the adoption and utilisation of omnichannel initiatives

  • Analyse customer engagement data to evaluate and optimise the performance of omnichannel campaigns

  • Lead the Patient Support Program and ensure compliance obligations are met

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field e.g. Marketing, Business, Commerce, Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, Nursing

  • Medicines Australia Code of Conduct

  • 2-3 years demonstrated customer engagement experience in executing omnichannel initiatives in a pharmaceutical specialty care environment

  • Prior experience with managing key programs

  • Demonstrated omnichannel campaign development, execution and monitoring capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience in content development and adaptation

  • Demonstrated agile and project management experience

  • English language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills
