As a Customer Facing L&D Instructional Design Specialist within our global Go-To-Market-Capabilities (GTMC) Team, you’ll collaborate with and support subject matter experts to co-create effective training content. You will be tasked helping to review content and training programs to ensure effective use of methods to suit different adult learning principles and environments.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Assist in creating instructional materials and resources that address identified training needs.

  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth training delivery.

  • Assess all current training programs and provide recommendations for improved Adult Learning techniques and increased technology use for the development, facilitation, and effectiveness checks

  • Collaborate with the learning and development team to implement changes and enhance training effectiveness.

  • Utilize Adult Learning, Instructional Design Methods and Techniques in the development and facilitation of training for national/regional sessions, field contact sessions as well as remote/virtual training sessions.

About You

  • Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience

  • Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a similar field

  • Project Management Experience required

  • Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design basics.

  • Knowledge of different learning styles and methods.

  • Ability to collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage schedules, resources, and communication with stakeholders.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
