About the job

To support this transformation, we are implementing a software as a service solution from Veeva company. As Product Owner of Site engagement, you are accountable for overseeing all aspects of Veeva Site engagement products within the Clinical Patient & Investigator product line, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmaps, driving the product delivery with delivery team and the operations, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

You will be a key actor to improve the life of patient with Sanofi clinical trials and be the sponsor of choice for sites by providing your expertise, insights, recommendation on improvement or implementation of new technologies.

Main responsibilities

• Own the products from a "What" and "Why" perspective: accountable for the vision and requirements
• Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives, IT strategy, supported by business cases
• Lead implementation activities – Contribute to the implementation, integration development, creation, review and approval of Project documentation as Technical System Owner
• Manage backlog prioritization of work
• Measures generated value, and incorporates user feedback to ensure continuous value delivery
• Lead business-critical operational performance indicators and technical metrics
• Ensure that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP) and cybersecurity requirements
• Participate to Global quality audits and inspections of Clinical Document management products

About you

Experience

• Deep understanding of the Clinical R&D Life Sciences business processes
• Experience with GCP inspections and audit processes

• Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision
• Excellent communication & presenting skills
• Proven business sense, ability to make decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
• Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong ability to connect tech and business worlds
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate and influence teams without direct authority
• Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with “get things done” mindset

Education

• Post-graduate studies: Master degree in Science, Master in IT or Engineering

Languages

• Fluent spoken and written English
