iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Global Product Manager - Rhinology VIE in our Marketing team you will support the promotions and operations of Healthcare Professional marketing projects for both branded and unbranded content executed across multiple channels for the Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP) indication.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development & execution of the Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP) global brand campaign Omni-Channel (digital & non-personal) promotional resources & materials.
  • Support the approval flow of Unbranded promotional materials in JRC (Joint Research Centre).
  • Liaises & align with HCP (Healthcare Professionals) marketing, market development and medical on the tactical execution of Unbranded content & Disease State Awareness promotional materials.
  • Successfully lead unbranded content projects, execution & agency/budget management.
  • Work with key affiliates to uncover feedback, necessary pivots & development of innovative promotional resources for internal & external audience.
  • Support internal execution of CRSwNP marketing operations, communications & launch meetings.
  • Collaboration with key internal stakeholders (medical, clinical, development) and external KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to advance the Rhinology pipeline new indications.
  • Support the identification of future opportunities for the Rhinology pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Global affiliates, HCP Marketing, Patient marketing, Omni-Channel, operations, corporate communications, medical, legal, and regulatory to ensure cross functional unity of goals and priorities.
  • Work effectively within the established corporate and industry compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively within the Global model & across the Alliance co-promote.

About you

Experience:

  • 1+ year of relevant work experience corresponding with the job responsibilities.
  • Biopharma experience would be an asset.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Capabilities that promotes collaboration, critical thinking & problem solving, team training, multi-tasking and change management.
  • Strong written communication & presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, patient advocacy and healthcare systems within local region.
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing.

Education:

  • Master’s degree or Advanced degree within the Pharmaceutical industry / Project Management / Marketing or relevant field.

Languages:

  • Fluent English both written and verbal.
