iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Global Asthma HCP Marketing Associate VIE in our Global Marketing team you will be working in the Immunology team where we take pride in our commitment to excellence and value our team culture. What drives us is the opportunity we have, to make an impact on patients’ and their families’ lives with Dupixent that truly can transform lives of patients with Severe Asthma but also patients that suffer from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Atopic Dermatitis, Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyposis, Prurigo Nodularis and Eosinophilic Esophagitis. You will work closely with other marketing team members responsible for various aspects of the marketing mix.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist the Global Asthma Marketing team in developing and implementing a comprehensive, cross-functional brand plan, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Participate in the development of the HCP (Healthcare Professional) marketing brand plan and ensure excellence in execution while ensuring consistency across functions and affiliates.
  • Lead affiliate communication while collaborating with other indications.
  • Partner with agencies and outside vendors to develop strategies and deliver tactics on time.
  • Lead submission of materials with the regulatory review/approval process; Joint Review Committee (JRC).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups.

About you

Experience:

  • Marketing experience, preferred within pharmaceutical industry, with a demonstrated ability to work with various customer segments, developing marketing strategies and ensuring tactical execution.
  • Prior success driving cross-functional workstreams towards a common goal and ensuring execution on-budget and on-time, leveraging excellent project and process management skills.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, persuade a point of view.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • A competitive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic market environment.
  • Ability to interact widely and effectively with co-promote partner.
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural environments.
  • Ability to both “think strategically” and manage execution details.
  • Ability to communicate innovative science in an easy to understand and compelling way (internally, externally), leveraging excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Master of Business Administration preferred.

Languages:

  • Advanced knowledge of English language both verbal and written.
