The Allegra & Nasacort Assistant Brand Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing strategy, innovation, and marketing activation plans. Main Responsibilities:

  • Owns sales and consumption forecasts, liaising with cross-functional partners and representing brand in S&OP meetings to drive towards a consensus forecast.
  • Manages marketing A&P budget updating throughout the year and making recommendations for reallocation opportunities.
  • Analyzes competition and key market trends to explain performance an inform brand choices.
  • Owns measurement and analysis of key brand initiatives including consumer promotions and website.
  • Leads website refreshes, working closely with the digital specialist, to ensure content is properly updated and is an integral part of a 360-degree brand amplification.
  • Partners with Sales on shopper marketing initiatives and leads consumer promotion activities to drive lower funnel conversion.
  • Liaises with medical, legal, and regulatory team to ensure timely review and alignment on marketing assets.
  • Supports new product launch readiness.
  • Acts as the brand champion for social media, e-commerce and point-of sale activation.

About You

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Master’s/MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years' work experience in a Food, Health, or Consumer Products marketing role.
  • Strong analytical acumen
  • Creativity and problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Digitally savvy
  • Excellent English & French communication skills, both written and verbal
