The GTMC organization will help us to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board and bring value and excellence in our commercial operations. This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our products, market and pipeline through the reallocation of resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making.

As a Group Lead - Web and Social Media Operations Hub within our Hyderabad Hub, you'll be responsible for leading the Web and Social Media Operations Team, ensuring continuous operational excellence, driving strategic alignment with global business goals while optimizing team performance in web development and digital marketing.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise cross-functional and cross-geography operations and coordinate with Team Lead and teams to Lead hub strategy and operationalization aligned with global business priorities, focusing on web development, SEO/SEM, and digital presence optimization
- Lead hub resources to improve individuals' skills and enhance services such as web tagging, SEO/SEM, and content dissemination
- Supervise and guide Team Lead for managing budget allocation and vendor relationships crucial for web development and digital marketing tools
- Review web analytics and actionable insights derived by team for senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and performance optimization
- Coordinate and supervise seamless business continuity amidst capability and resource changes within web and social media operations
About you
Experience:
- 8-10 years post qualification experience (including up to 2 years of experience in leading a multi-layered diverse team of ≥10 members); experience in managing cross-geography and cross-functional delivery teams and handling leads and senior team members
- Pharma experience (including but not limited to therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure; and/or publication submission)
- Proven track of leading diverse teams with different profiles
Soft skills:
- Stakeholder management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities
Technical skills:
- Analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions and derive insights from web analytics and performance metrics
Education:
- University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science)
- Additionally, relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline desirable
Languages:
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
- Fluent in 2nd key language (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French)
