We are seeking a 360 Brand Manager for Cenovis with FMCG or Consumer Healthcare experience to help us propel our market leading portfolio of vitamins and supplements to the next level.

Main Responsibilities
Contribute to the Cenovis Go-to-market strategy and lead brand execution plans
Write effective creative and media communication briefs and manage the external partnerships with digital, design and communication agencies
Collaborate closely with the Digital Lead on all the digital marketing and ecommerce touchpoints
Manage data analysis and commercials such as sell out scan performance by monitoring marketing ROI and brand metrics using research tools (IQVIA and shopper panel)
Manage the brand budget including reconciliation and invoicing
Project and timeline management of brand launches, NPD innovation processes and regulatory approvals
Support on all brand reporting and post-launch analysis
Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams both locally, regionally and globally
About you
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business related field
Experience:
Experience in Brand Management within a global FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industry preferred
Solid understanding of consumer insights, targeting and brand positioning, and how this drives communication and innovation
Commercial know-how, knowledge of Pricing and promotional strategies and working with data and metrics
Soft and Technical Skills:
Commercial acumen- confident in analysing data using various consumer and market analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Highly organised and excellent project management
Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
High level Communication and presentation skills
Proactive, self-starter who is results orientated and able to work autonomously
Collaborative, team player
