As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be providing accurate and timely information pertaining to cost of goods manufactured to the management, to enable them to monitor and control performance of the sites. Ensure that Group and Industrial Affairs Directions’ standard procedures and processes are properly understood and applied. You will need to provide accurate and timely reporting of financial data to support decision tool of Industrial Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Reporting & Analytical Information:
Monthly reporting and analyzing of Business Operating Income.
Uploading data relating to cost and financials in ERP tools like Atlas, TM1 & SAP.
Sharing information with global teams on costs and P&L as required.
2. Prepare and submit rolling forecasts and Budget P&L for next year:
Coordination with various teams like Supply Chain, Quality, and Procurement.
Prepare Budgets and Rolling Forecast.
Working on standard costs calculation and updating in SAP & Central tools like Atlas.
3. Product Feasibility Study for New Products:
Preparing and analyzing gross margin impacts on various products as per business requirements or demand.
Supporting in sourcing case data requirements for new launches and other projects.
4. Projects for cost saving or process improvements:
Initiate and lead projects for cost savings or process improvements.
Supporting in projects like new ERP/Tools implementation, integration of new business or carve out of existing business, Contract Manufacturing Organization rationalization, simplification initiatives.
5. Internal / Statutory Control and Audits:
Maintain all accounts duly reconciled.
Preparing Audit Data and responsible for answering auditor’s query.
Ensure Internal Controls, review and follow up on action plan.
6. Communication:
Improve communication and coordination between Industrial Affairs Finance and Controlling.
Play crucial role in discussing legal accounting and local statutory requirements with Tax and PharmaOps Teams.
About You
Minimum 5-years of working experience handling Finance & Controlling related activities and partnering with global stakeholders.
Minimum ACCA or Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) is required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical skills: Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
