Sanofi is seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader for the new role of Core HCM and Total Workforce Technology Strategy Leader. This critical role will oversee the core workforce HRIS portfolio ecosystem and the design of our digital footprint for the portfolio. The successful candidate will drive the decommissioning of local HRIS systems, globalize processes, champion data quality and enhance our technology stack with a strong focus on Workday, developing comprehensive workforce solutions for both employees and contingent workers.

Main Responsibilities:
HRIS Strategy: Lead the strategy for the core workforce HRIS portfolio, including design, implementation, and management of digital solutions. Ensure alignment with global business needs and technological advancements.
Digital Footprint Design: Oversee the design and optimization of our digital footprint, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS systems and processes across the organization.
Globalization and Standardization: Drive the global standardization of HRIS processes and data quality, working to decommission local systems and unify data hygiene practices across regions. Ensure that global processes are scalable and adaptable.
Collaboration: Work closely with other technology portfolio leaders, with business process owners, as well as P&C market stakeholders, to ensure a strong HRIS foundation to support seamless integration of specialized technologies across the P&C technology stack. Sets the strategic roadmap for the Digital Product Management team accountable for the Core HRIS technology portfolio.
Workday Expertise: Leverage extensive experience with Workday to manage and optimize its use within Sanofi. Ensure that Workday and related systems meet organizational needs and drive value.
SAP Fieldglass and Contingent Workforce Solutions: Manage and enhance the use of SAP Fieldglass and/or other contingent workforce solutions. Develop and implement effective on/offboarding strategies for both employees and contingent workers.
Integration: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS solutions with other business systems. Drive projects to enhance interoperability and data accuracy.
Innovation and Improvement: Stay informed about emerging HRIS technologies and best practices. Apply innovative solutions to continuously improve our HRIS capabilities and workforce technology strategies.
About You
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HCM and workforce technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing core HRIS portfolios and global HR technology solutions.
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Workday is required. Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Fieldglass or other contingent workforce solutions expected. Strong understanding of employee and contingent worker management.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive HRIS strategies that align with global business objectives and drive process optimization.
Collaboration: Excellent skills in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve seamless integration and global standardization.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and strategies to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in HRIS, Workday, or workforce management preferred.
