Main Responsibilities
Lead and develop the brand plans for DUPIXENT based on a patient centric-approach and deep customer insights to create differentiated brand value and establish conditions to maximize long term brand potential.
Lead and develop pre-launch/ post-launch strategy for future new DUPIXENT dermatological indications.
Partner with Global teams to support the brand vision for DUPIXENT.
Ensure alignment of marketing activities with global brand team and influence global activities to support the brand vision for DUPIXENT.
Using strategic thinking and expert knowledge of the brand planning process, lead cross-functional teams to develop long-range strategy plans to support current and future indications.
Evaluate market environment using all available data on all customers and patients and clearly communicate a full understanding of key market dynamics.
Refine the market understanding, anticipation of the evolving market, ongoing trial outcomes and related immediate plans of action.
Conduct analysis, devise strategies, and organize resources to ensure the timely execution of the annual brand plan, aiming to achieve outstanding results.
Implement the brand’s positioning and ensure all messaging and tactics are in alignment with it.
Conduct critical evaluations and spearhead the prioritization of both strategies and tactics.
Proactively gather and analyze information from various sources to identify key customer insights, while interacting with key customers and patients to fully comprehend their needs.
Anticipate competitor strategies and tactics by ensuring team has access to all market intelligence data and encourage cross-functional colleagues to contribute.
In collaboration with various support functions, ensure sufficient product supply, and efficient distribution for DUPIXENT within Canada.
Collaborate with Government Affairs and Market Access personnel to secure and maintain reimbursement for the assigned product across all provinces and with private payers.
In collaboration with Medical Affairs, contribute to the planning and implementation of clinical research and approved Investigator Initiated Studies (ISS).
Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing strategy, implementation and associated KPIs
Assist in the development and implementation of sales meetings.
Oversee both national and local advisory board meetings.
Efficiently manage third-party agencies to optimize resources, which includes negotiating timelines and priorities, challenging the agency for resource optimization, and overseeing media and national ad campaigns.
Develop strategic scenarios and financial plans, underpinned by well-defined assumptions.
Responsible for achieving or exceeding P&L (revenue and profitability) targets for DUPIXENT.
Lead DUPIXENT forecasting with responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual P&L results.
Set clear field force objectives to achieve brand goals, partnering with regional sales managers to translate strategy to execution.
Manage DUPIXENT promotional and non-product related expense budgets.
Fully grasp indicated dermatological diseases, treatment dynamics and care path.
Comprehend indicated dermatological diseases by considering factors such as disease epidemiology, diagnosis rates, obstacles to disease management, current treatment options, and the advantages and disadvantages of these treatment options.
Business travel required within Canada (regular) and internationally (sporadic).
About You
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree or equivalent, MBA or graduate degree a plus.
Minimum 5 years product management experience or equivalent in related area or at least two years of experience in a related position (e.g., Sales Management, Analytics).
Knowledge of dermatology space preferred.
Experience with patient-access programs to support payor market.
Experience selling a biologic in a highly competitive and developed market preferred.
Utilize technical marketing skills, including understanding needs, segmentation, conducting SWOT analyses, creating competitive strategies, performing risk assessments, and staying updated with new marketing trends.
Working knowledge of reimbursement on provincial and private payer levels.

Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Fluency in English, with additional skills in French as an asset.
Demonstrate superb written, verbal and presentation skills.
Computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, email and presentation software.
