Do you excel in forging best-in class customer relationships, whilst building and delivering on joint strategic Business plans? As National Business Manager- Coles you will play a lead role within our Grocery Channel team- you will set the strategic roadmap with the customer through joint business planning and flawless execution while ensuring that it is fully aligned to the business strategy. You will secure the achievement of set sales budgets, execution of agreed account standards and maintain tight control of trade promotional expenditure and operational expenses. This is a highly collaborative role across multiple internal functions from Supply, Category Growth, Business Intelligence and Finance to deliver over and above for the customer and Opella.

Main responsibilities:
Achievement of sales targets and organisational Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Accountable for the volume and revenue forecast accuracy including sales and distribution of the entire Sanofi CHC/ Opella portfolio for Coles account across omni-channels
Ensure all Trade Promotional Expenditure (TPE) and operational expenses stay within approved budget and contracts are ALL up to date and compliant
Optimise Trade Spend by developing strategies that improve trade spend effectiveness and efficiency by executing a high level of commercial acumen in everyday decision making
Develop and implement a total CHC portfolio strategic business plan for Coles, including ecommerce
Provide clear direction to the wider sales team, and all internal stakeholders to ensure full alignment of activities
Build effective execution plans that align to the business agreed account standards including MSLs, primary shelf standards and secondary display standards in line with commercial calendar priorities
Creation of meaningful partnerships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders to enable the strategy to be effectively executed and provide an environment of excellence in managing the account and build a culture of accountability
Act as a key role model and internal champion to advocate for grocer channel – ensuring good internal understanding of customer strategies and ensuring Sanofi commercial plans line up to these as appropriate- lead and develop other members of the sales team with dotted line reporting in to you
Utilise and Analyse data and insights to make business decisions and form wider Commercial Strategy plans
About you
Experience:
Several years at Senior National Account Manager or Business Manager level within Grocer Channels in FMCG or Consumer Health Care industries is a must
Prior experience working with either Coles or Woolworths
Knowledge of managing both omni-channel- ecommerce and traditional required
Proven experience in achieving Sales targets and delivering customised business plans
Soft and Technical Skills:
Commercially Savvy, and highly adept in analysing data and insights to make business decisions
Ability to build trusted relationships and partner closely with multiple internal functions and external partners
Team orientated, collaborative and able to make decisions and take action
Highest level of written and verbal communication, and personal presentation
