As Medical Sponsorships and Events Specialist within our Medical & Events team, you’ll be in charge of submitting applications for medical sponsorship events and supporting events happening in the Immunology team.

Main responsibilities:

• Contact society and obtain appropriate paperwork
• Follow up the applications with the team in charge of Cybergrants
• Liaison with MSL (Medical Science Liaison) for logistics
• Work with society for MSL badging/other logistics
• Planning and tracking of congress deadlines throughout the year
• Metrics Organization/Documentation
• Input metrics into Congress Connect

About you

• Experience: Previous experience in similar roles and project management knowledge is desirable
• Soft skills: Team player, customer-service oriented, organized and flexible
• Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office
• Languages: Advanced English level
