iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Digital Health Specialist VIE in our Transformation & Project Management team you will analyze data from digital health products, drive scenario planning initiatives, and support change management and operations efforts to ensure the successful adoption of digital health solutions.

Main responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & reporting: Analyze data from digital health products to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and key insights.
- Research & Scenario Planning: Conduct research on emerging digital health trends, technologies, and best practices. Drive scenario planning effort by analyzing the digital health landscape and competitive intelligence to improve innovation & product roadmaps
- Change Management: Support change management efforts to drive the adoption and effective use of digital health products within the organization.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various digital health projects.
- Operation Support: Provide operational assistance and troubleshooting for digital health tools and platforms.
About you
Experience:
- Previous experience in digital marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Passion for digital health / technology and its potential to improve access to patients everywhere.
- Exceptional soft skills including clear and structured communication, and outcome-oriented nature.
- Great organizational skills.
- Innovative and curious, able to think outside the box.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Digital savviness and understanding of AI.
- Understanding of digital products.
Education:
- Master’s degree in pharmacy, business, engineering or other related fields.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Fluent Chinese (written and verbal).
